Refund and dispute policy

You are entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the services provided to you by EZ Labs. You must contact us within 7 days of the service being provided to you. We will refund you the full amount paid by you within 30 days of your request.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your service at any time. You will be charged for the services provided to you up to the date of cancellation. You will not be charged for any services provided to you after the date of cancellation.

Terms and conditions of any promotions

EZ Labs does not offer any promotions. If you are offered a promotion by EZ Labs, please contact us immediately as it may be a scam.

Transaction currency

EZ Labs is a software development company based in Brisbane, Australia. Thus, all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

EZ Labs does not store or transmit any payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment gateway for your safety and security.
